How to increase memory settings

    Hi,

    I am using a 2.5 Ghz, 4Gb Ram, windows Vista laptop.
    What are the default settings for memory usage for the program? because it looks like it becomes a little bit sluggish on big network visualizations and microarray files.
    How can I increase default memory settings?

    Hi,
    default setting for 32bit windows is maximum 1,2 GB. You can change your default memory and Java jdk settings by clicking in the Main Menu:

    Tools->Options-> choose java

    There you can set up your max/min memory and java home folder.
