Saving as SBML file

    how can i save my network as SBML file to use it in further analysis?

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Could you please send us email description of analysis you need the SBML export for from BiologicalNetworks. Currently we don't have export to SBML. But it will be available through the COBRA (with Dr. Berhard Palsson UCSD) dynamical network modeling tool that is currently being integrated into BiologicalNetworks.
